The only way to fix it is to pay off those bills it’s really sad but that’s how you gotta do it or press charges on your mom for using your name when you were a child then everything gets wiped clean that’s what my niece did & she disowned her mother as well.Good Luck

Get an attorney, they will be able to tell you what the next step should be. Your mother never should have done this to you! My sister once wrecked a car and told the police she was me, I had to go to court to get it out of my name!

First u need to get a copy of ur credit report, and take a look at how long it’s really been on there! the most a phone bill are credit card can stay on ur credit is 7 years, after u get this report u can dispute what’s on it because of ur age! call this number u can get this right over the phone 1800 509-8495 are u can just let the bills just ride off if ur have like 1or 2 years left it up to u i really hope this help!!!
