find one that is non-profit. Anyone asking you for a fee to help fix your credit is a SCAM

Pick up a copy of “Financial Peace” by Dave Ramsey at the book store or visit his website. He’s the best. There is no need to pay somebody money you don’t have to fix the problems you have because of no money. You can do it on your own.

You. There’s nothing they can do that you can not. Remember, they can not “repair” legitimate items on you report.

The FTC recommends that you do it yourself. I tried a site call and it was easy. It took three months but my credit score jumped 140 points.
